The Cometo MTF22-6 straightener machine with chamfering system is suitable for straightening and cutting material with diameter from 0.8 to 6.0 mm, it is also suitable for chamfering wire from 3.0 to 6.0 mm.

Thanks to the roller straightener system it is suitable for processing rounds, squares, hexagons, and profiles with any other shape and is also suitable for straightening material such as steel, copper alloys or aluminium without damaging the surface.

The TD125 cutting unit with disc cutter is suitable for making a perfectly perpendicular and clean cut.

The DT125 cutting unit is particularly suitable for cutting hard materials up to 44 HRC or any material where a good quality cut is required; it is also suitable for pipe cutting.

The MTF wire straightening machine is assembled on a sturdy electro-welded frame designed to allow you to compose the machine to meet any need using straighteners of many sizes, three different feeder and two different cutteing unit.

The SM12 chamfering unit does a V incision on the straightened wire and then it is cut at the incision. The machine can chamfer at one end, at both ends, or not.

The cutting length is extremely easy to set: simply enter the desired length parameter by typing it on the touch- screen. The forward speed can be set from 5% to 100% of the maximum speed.

The unloading system of the bars is available for length max 500mm or in the version with motorized cradle built in modules of length 1000mm available for lengths from 1000 up to 6000mm
