MRS180 CUT TEST-SAMPLE WIRE-STRAIGHTENING MACHINE

The model MRS180 wire-straightening machine has been engineered to straighten hot rolled wire bars cut for random checking during the winding process in order to get samples to be used for tension tests.

This machine consists of 4 motorized rollers that push the wire into a wire-straightener with 9 rollers and 4 more roller to pull the wire out of the wire-straightener.

This machine is suitable for the straightening of wire diameters ranging from 5.5mm to 26mm.

Changeover takes less than 6 minutes as shown in the video below.
