Starting from July, the 21^st 2014 Cometo has splitted into two, with registration at the pertinent Authorities.

  Длина изделия контролируется с помощью внешнего кодирующего устройства и программируется с сенсорного экрана.

  Максимальный объем производства составляет 90 штук в минуту на длине 1000мм (максимальное производство зависит от типа материала и диаметра).

• Усилие тянущих роликов и ролика энкодера регулируется пневматическими регуляторами усилия.
• Тянущие ролики имеют покрытие из пластичного материала.
• Ролик энкодера из закаленной стали 63HRC.
• Направляющие и ножи из закаленной стали 63HRC (по запросу можно получить направлющие из твердого металла).
• Быстрая регулировка рихтовок через индикаторы положения.
• Модульная станина позволяет быстро менять конфигурацию станка.
• Смонтированный на станке уголок для контроля прямолинейности и длины отрезаемой проволоки.
